  • Where are Sister & Co. products made?

    We're very proud that all manufacturing is carried out here at our workshop in Leicestershire. This means that we have complete visibility over our supply chain, can ensure the quality of our ingredients and every step of our manufacturing process, and importantly, can minimise wastage.

  • Are products cruelty-free?

    Yes. Our products are all cruelty-free. This means that not only do we never, ever test on animals – but our ingredient suppliers don’t either.

  • Are products vegan?

    Most of our products are vegan. Our Lip Tonics and Dream Cream contain beeswax.

  • Is the packaging recyclable?

    Yes. Most of our products are packaged in glass, easily and commonly recycled. We use recyclable PET plastic for our family products which is safer for children.

    We encourage upcycling rather than recycling! Our bottles and jars make sweet vases, oil bottles, hair clip holders, spice jars, & more.

    As far as we can, we use recyclable caps and dispensers. Currently, pumps are non-recyclable.

    Unusually for brands in our category we have chosen to box our products in plain outers made from recycled FSC approved brown cardboard. Pretty outer packaging is lovely, but it so often goes straight in the bin, so we see it as a waste of resources. It also means we would need to pass the cost on to you. 

    We ship our products in fully recyclable materials and our mailing boxes are made from 100% recycled card. 

  • I’ve got really sensitive skin. Can I use your products?

    Our products are formulated for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, it is always a good idea to test a new product on a small patch of skin before using it liberally. If any undesirable effects occur, stop using immediately & consult a medical professional.

  • Can I use Sister & Co. products in pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

    Yes, we've created our collection to work for all women. All Sister & Co. products are safe to use when pregnant and while breastfeeding.

    There are some essential oils that should be avoided during pregnancy, but our products that contain essential oils contain them at levels compliant with EU Regulation 1223/2009, meaning that qualified safety assessors have deemed finished products entirely safe for use for all consumers - including women who are wishing to become pregnant, pregnant women and breastfeeding women.

    If you have any concerns around using essential oils during pregnancy, please consult your midwife or medical professional before using our products.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to the EU, the US and Australia.

    EU: Free standard shipping for orders £70 and over | £10 for orders under £70

    US and Australia: £15 standard shipping 

    Please be aware that customs duties may also apply and will be charged to you by your national tax authorities when the products arrive. Note: orders to the US under $800 do not currently incur customs duties.

  • Can I order by phone?

    We do everything online, so you can only place orders through our site. If you want to get in touch about anything else, please drop us an email at info@sisterandcompany.co.uk and we'll get right back to you.

  • What’s your returns policy?

    Non Faulty Products: 


    We want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us.

    If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied or you change your mind, you may return any product for a full refund or replacement (as appropriate) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

    Please return to Sister & Co/Tandem Skincare Returns, 50 Hadyn Park Road, London W12 9AG.

    We recommend that you return products via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. A refund or replacement can only be issued once goods are physically received at Sister & Co. HQ. 

    Faulty Products:

    If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as 'received damaged'.

    If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at info@sisterandcompany.co.uk with 48 hours of receiving your order.

    Please note that we may require images of any damages for our records.
